I met the fabulous Pamela Pekerman, accessory and style expert awhile back at a Collective-E event. We are now both Preneur members and I recently found out Pamela lost her father to Wegener's Granulomatosis disease. So sad. Wegener's is a rare disorder in which the blood vessels become inflamed, making it hard for the blood to flow. She reached out to Preneur members to see if anyone would want to help donate a percentage off products to the Iyla Peckerman's Fund Benefiting Vasculitis Foundation, a foundation she created to bring awareness, increase education and assist in funding new research for Wegener's. Moved by her story, I hopped on board. 20% percent of sales of Di Manno Designs red leather and red patent leather ponytail holders will be going to the Iyla Pekerman Fund.

I don't know what it feels like to lose a dad, but I do admire Pamela's work and efforts going to this fund to help others who may be in the same situation and to hopefully increase better results for others with this illness.
